WATCH D.O.G.S. (Dads Of Great Students) is an innovative father involvement, educational initiative of the National Center For Fathering. There are two primary goals of the WATCH D.O.G.S. program.
1) To provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important.
2) To provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.

The PTA is seeking Activity Sponsors and one Presenting Sponsor for the Pequot Lakes Community Carnival to be held Friday, September 21st from 4-7PM at Eagle View Elementary School. • Breakfast Buddies –Adult Role Models invited to eat breakfast with their students once a month
• Hosted Teacher Conferences Potluck Dinner at Eagle View and Middle Level in the Fall
• Fall Carnival Fundraiser
• Fall PTA Membership Drive which increased our membership
• Collected Box Tops and Labels for Education
• Spring Bike Rodeo Health & Wellness Event
• Watch DOGS Program to bring great Male Role Models into Eagle View and the Middle Level
• Supported Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports Program
• Coordinated Volunteers for Two Book Fairs with Proceeds Benefitting the Libraries
• Organized Mittens for Teachers in December to fulfill additional classroom supply needs
• Supported Junior Achievement with our volunteers in grades K-5
