Youth wrestling for grades K - 5 boys is run through the Lakes Area Mat Rats.  This a cooperative organization for Pequot Lakes and Pine River youth wrestlers (much like the upper level program “Road Crew”).

2018-2019 Wrestling Sign Up Night for youth in grades K-6 will be Tuesday, November 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Pine River High School in the Wrestling Room (enter door 5)

• This will be an introductory meeting for you to get to know the program, ask any questions and receive paperwork that can be turned in right away or the following week during the first practice.

• If you are unable to make it during this time you can still sign up, just come to the first practice.

• First practice will be Tuesday, November 27; 6:30 p.m. in the Pine River Wrestling Room.

• If you are interested in joining but not quite sure ~ feel free to come try out a couple practices (bring some friends).

• Practices nights will typically be Tuesdays & Thursdays (in Pine River) and Mondays in Pequot Lakes.

• Fees:  $40 per child / $70 per family.  $75 equipment deposit (singlet).

• There will be a separate fee of $15 for any participant who chooses to wrestle through the NYWA.
